Cardholder Responsibilities Library cards are non-transferable. Each eligible borrower must apply for, carry, and use his or her own library card. All cardholders are responsible for all use of their card and reporting any change of address. If you lose your library card, please contact the Circulation Deparment at 367-4057. |
